Get fit for life as you learn about proper nutrition, learn how to eat healthy on a budget, discover what the Bible says about fitness, work out together and more! We meet every Tuesday from 6:00pm-7:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am-10:30am. Tuesday and Saturday workouts will be identical. Children over 12 are encouraged to participate with parents.
A great place to hang out & meet people your own age (18-29 not married) who are going through the same things and listen to a variety of speakers discussing relevant topics affecting Gen Y. Or, just come to enjoy a cup of coffee and have some fun!
